FINISHES

1. Stain, Paint, Natural Or Something Different?

Smashed Wood & Dyed Epoxy Top

Something bit different - Many ways to use this method and epoxy can be casted on top of wide variety of materials (wood, bone, teeth, leaves, metal etc)

- Tone: Due to nature of the epoxy this will dampen instrument slightly. And because of that this finish option is not recommenced to instruments where wide dynamic range is required.

For metal music with high output pickups this has only minor effect.

Several colour options available - Also with Glitter

Lichtenberg Figures & Pale Alder & Glitter Veins

Another custom option with beautiful Lichtenberg Figures.

Alder is bleached to achieve pale moon shade on top before bringing out the hellfire!

Wood will receive Satin Clear Coat  - And finally Guitar top & Headstock will receive Glitter Veins which are glossy

Several color options available!

2. High-gloss, Satin or Oil/Wax?

Satin

Standard finishing option for RCG instruments - Thin Satin Clear Coat

High-Gloss

So you want to see yourself mirrored in your guitar? That is the way we go then.

Mainly for Top & Headstock

Oil/Wax

Used mainly for fretboards.

With HUGE DISCLAIMER on selected woods I can also finish back of the neck with Oil/Wax combination for most natural feel.

So what is the catch? It is not so wear resistant finish and it requires maintenance.

Depending how much you play, You need to do "Oil On - Oil Off & Wax On - Wax Off" trick 1-2 times a year. It does not take long, but it guarantees that your neck will stay as it should be.
